I dont know. Is it SATA, or is it IDE, or is it some other sick combo of lettering? Please help me before insanity takes over.

Help me. I want to put this in an enclosure so that I can have another portable Drive. Help.

looks like scsi to me... its been awhile since I've messed with one tho, so I'm not sure... it also could be an IDE with an adaptor of some type on it (based on the jumper placement)

If it has an adapter on it, how do I get it off?

Isn't there a model number or something on the drive itself? I would think that would be the easiest way to find out exactly what kind of drive it is.

*EDIT*

I love your avatar by the way. "Guess what........I got a fever......and the only prescription is more Cow Bell!" LOL

It was an adapter. I had to take off the casing and then it just poped right off. It was an IDE by the way.
