Why does the smith in bliss keep saying "now's not the time for business". I thought i'd gone after business hours or had dealt with the other smith in town but he says it anyway no matter what I do.
It could be that he doesn't like you or know you enough. Try playing the little mini game where you talk to them and stuff. If you suck at the game just bribe him with money.
Kill him. He's annoying and the glitch occurs often amongst other NPC's also repeating the same sound file again and again. Just kill them. ;)xavierdhjane
