Wait a sec, he's asking for games isn't he?
As for the question, Crysis and COD4 supports Shader 2.0? That's kinda new to me. I thought at least 3.0 was needed to play those games. They sure didn't work when i try to play them on my old gfx card. Anyway i can't think of any new games using 2.0 that are top of the list.
Found this on Wiki, but it doesn't matter anyway. Any game needs at least ps 1.1 to RUN and may have textures problems if you don't have ps2 or ps3, but they will run, your problem is your gfx card that is probably very old and can't quite keep up with new games.
If you get the mod appropriate to your vid card, you can run BioShock (which does not natively support PS2.0).

CoD4: Modern Warfare runs fine on my x850xt PE card.
Also:
Halo 2, Tomb Raider Underworld, and pretty much anything from Valve will run (I've been enjoying the Left 4 Dead 2 Demo recently).
This list should give you a few more choices: http://wikibin.org/articles/list-of-computer-games-that-require-pixel-shaders.html

Considering that for $30 Canadian you can get a video card that support Pixel Shader 4 why would you want games that did that ?
