Published by EA and re-designed for the PC, Mass Effect invites players to take the role of Commander Shepard as they set out on an adventure to save the galaxy from imminent destruction. Mass Effect on the 360 is absolutely brilliant (Probably the best RPG I've had the joy of playing).
I'm glad PC-only gamers will be able to play and enjoy it.Doom_HellKnight

Most pc gamers will wonder why this is considered as one of the best rpg's ever made.

For an ACTION thing from BioWare, I would still wait for the price to drop at $20 or less. Not going to encourage their action-oriented delusions.

PC/360, whatever is at $20 first.

you should see the Bioware forums. most of the XBox 360 owners are both p1ssed and surprised (although not sure why they're surprised) and are doing quite the job venting.

some of them claim to have bought an XBox 360 ONLY for Mass Effect. who spends $400 for one game? aren't their plenty of decent titles on that thing?

This is REALLY good news for PC users, i have the game on 360 and loved it. It was my fav game last year along with Crysis.

Ill probably buy it for PC to, because of the mods and what not.

As far as singleplayer xbox360 games go, its one of my favs (Bioshock and Eternal Sonata being the others)

If you didnt enjoy it on 360 i highly doubt youll enjoy it on PC. Although im sure the pc versino will be better then the 360 version, it will still have the same type of gameplay and story... just better controls, graphics and mods

Yeah but then again it's from long time PC dev. Bioware so, they have experience in optimization, as opposed to say..Red Octane and their awesome Guitar Hero 3 port.

you should see the Bioware forums. most of the XBox 360 owners are both p1ssed and surprised (although not sure why they're surprised) and are doing quite the job venting.

What are they pissed about? I have it on the 360, I'm glad I got to experience it half a year before it came out on PC. It's not like it's going to be a totally different game. Gfx will be better (good enough on my awesome HDTV if you ask me) as well as KB+mouse combo that some folks prefer. I sat in my couch for 80 hrs playing that game, a controller is good enough for me. Seriously, I don't see why they're all mad. If the game came out in Desember, would that make up for spending 400$ on a game? No. What, they thought it would never be ported or something?

It's their fault if they really do stick by their argument anyway, buying a system for just 1 game = bad idea.
