Update drivers, checkout CPU or GPUs - might be something faulty there.

I've experienced something similar - twice. Turned out it was dust in my GPU.

@KBFloYd:

Checked heat, reinstalled drivers. In the process of Windows fresh install just downloading game now to try out. If that doesn't work I'll look at dust but to be honest it looks very clean just looking through the case

Do you have steam? When the game(s) starts struggling, bring up the task manager and see if a program called "Steam*32" is running. I've found that when this is running, I get struggling performance. As soon as end the process, my performance goes back to where it should be.

Just to be sure that it won't get used, disable Intel's integrated HD graphics chip via the bios...

The Crysis installer may have screwed up something with DirectX. It shouldn't have installed older DX files over newer ones, but it's a possibility. Also, be sure to disable your Intel Integrated Graphics as I recommended. In the past, I've seen people have issues with their systems using their Intel IGP instead of their dGPU...
