Hey guys,I'm wondering if I can get away with a graphics card in the price range of $200-250.I need to be able to play the next gen games on it for at least the next 3 years maybe...

I would go for a better one but I do most of my gaming on my PS4 so I don't want to invest too much money into it .I still enjoy playing on my PC from time to time though.I would be grateful if you can list some specific video cards that would give me the most bang for my buck.

My current system specs are:

Asrock H87 motherboard,Intel core i7 4770 CPU,32 GB RAM,600W power supply.

You sure can get away with it, GTX 760 can be found for under $250 in the US and it's the best bang for the buck right now. It won't max all games in the next 3 years for sure, but for that money it returns alot. If space is tight go for the Asus model, it's the shortest one. Check PSU compatibility first!

As stated above GTX 760 is your option to fit that bill and its 2x faster then PS4's gpu.

I got the AMD MSI R9 270 for about 179.99 and works like a charm and works good as an R9 270X which is about 199.99 most likely. Those two cards are pretty good for your price range, if you can't go over the budget.

If you plan to save a little more or so, I would definitely get a Nvidia 760 which are around $250.

The GTX 760 and the R9 280 are in the same price range and perform roughly on the same level... Depending on the game of course but the same goes for every price point.

Get which ever you can get the cheapest.

The MSI Gaming models of both and all cards are superb so I would go for that model.

The tipping point for me would be the 3 free games on AMD cards right now.

Too bad the games are all pretty bad in terms of free gifts... With the exception of Theif, they are all fairly old games that can be had for $5 or less now; and Thief got fairly poor reviews.

With an Nvidia card (some brands of them at least), you may only get one free game, but that free game is Watch Dogs...

First option - SC EVGA GTX 760, Second option - MSI R9 280 Gaming.

Both GPUs are mid range.

Any GPU (R280/GTX760) from this list would do the job :)

Personally I would go for either MSI R9 280 GAMING 3G at $230.00 or MSI N760 TF 2GD5/OC at $239.99.

For what it's worth, I just picked up a 750 Ti, and I can run Tomb Raider with everything maxed out except for the hair. Games look almost as good or as good on my PC as on my PS4, so if you get the GTX 760, which is a significant step up from mine, I'm sure you'll be set for a while.

Not true. It benches just higher than the 7870, which the PS4 GPU is similar to, no?
