i mean violent and bloody like bros. in arms! no rts like CoH and no TPS i dont know and WWII ones but still and deffinetly no Medal of honor!

I've heard that WWII Online is fairly realistic, though probably not to the degree of something like Operation Flashpoint or Armed Assault(both of which have more contemporary settings and thus aren't what you're looking for). If nothing else, it's only one of two MMOFPSs out there(the other being PlanetSide), which means that you'll get to take part in some massive battles...if you don't mind paying the subscription fees that come with any MMOG, of course. EDIT: Now I feel like an idiot. How the hell did I forget Red Orchestra?

The most realistic WW2 game I have played is Forgotten Hope mod for BF2. Try it out, its more realistic than Brothers in Arms.

What CoH not crazy enough or you just don't like RTS?

Anyway, my vote goes to red orchestra, but I'm sure it's only Axis vs. the Rus. - no Brits or Yanks. Awesome tank and vehicle system though. Oh, and Red Orchestra is a tad bit old, is that a problem?
