Google PSU calculator on google and input your major system specs. I find it does a pretty decent job of giving you an idea of the minimum PSU size.

If you have no intentions of SLIing in the future, then a 500 - 600 Watt PSU is fine. If you do, then a 600 - 700 Watt is what you want.
