Post here what you would like to see in Assassin's Creed III.I would like AC III to be set in the 18th-19th century in the US or the 17th to 19th century in India where you knock off EIC people. Also i would like to see AC III WITH NO DRM!!!!!Hopefully Ubi will stay focused on history and won't make AC III a modern day stealth-adventure.I gave you my hopes and ideas, now i leave this topic to you ladies and gentlemen.

I'd be rather curious for something perhaps set in Czarist Russia. Just for the variety and originality.

***SPOILERS*** Seems pretty simple. The whole point of ACII is to train desmond so that he can fight outside of the Animus against the templars. Also the god thingy said that Desmond needs to save the world....not another one of his ancestors. Also when desmond is fighting the templars in the warehouse he has obviously been given his own fighting animations..... To put it simply, if you dont play as Desmond for at least 75% of ACIII then i will eat my mouse mat!

What I wished for, but sadly Ubi is continuing AC 3 with Ezio... they have the engine ready so they can easily make another game without much cost.

I don't think it'll be modern day because that's not what the fanbase want. We want to be taken to somewhere where games don't really go, ie Jerusalem, Venice etc. I wouldnt be interested in a mirrors edge type AC, running around in red square would be amazing.

I don't think that it will be set in modern day because Ubisoft reps said that the AC series was meant to be a trilogy that visits places and time periods that are inexplored by other video games.

It was confirmed that the next game is set in Renaissance Italy.

As for the next one:

- I hope they don't set it in east Asia. First, the Templars wouldn't have so much freedom to act, so everything falls apart. Second, it would be too different from one of the series' main attractions - Dan Brownesque Christian conspirations.

- Eastern Europe, including Russia, wouldn't be fun. There are few tall buildings per city! Same goes for America.

- Victorian England would be nice, but the exotism of AC would be diminished.

Medieval Spain, medieval or 18th century France and 18th century Austria would be great.

And of course, they could always go back in time to the days of the Roman Empire or even ancient Persia or Egypt, which would tie in well with Christian and Judaic mythos.

I'd like to see more stealth and planning needed to do the assassinations. AC2 was way too easy with no stealth or planning needed.

Oh, please no. :( We have enough games as it is that includes guns. And I don't know why anyone would think AC3 will be set in a modern era. I think the AC is fine the way it is. Just a new location and new missions and I'm sold! :)

I was recently playing Damnation, imagine it like a prince of persia clone set in at wild west with shooting and climbing. If assasin creed did something similar i would litterly go crazy, its a nice conecpet if they can get it right.

Well Victorian England would be nice and i agree that if they set it in Asia it won't be as fun.First of all because there won't be any new things since several Assassin allies and assassins were already there.i'm hoping 17th - 18th century wherever except Asia(tho i would like to see the EIC).

The thought of Russia really appeals to me. Although, Victorian England does too. Mainly cos i'm English. I can imagine visting industrial London, Birmingham and Manchester. Or maybe one over the whole British Empire, UK, India, Carribean, African Colonies ect. Although that wont happen...

Even more restrictive DRM, that means a member of the Ubisoft team has to come around your house to supervise every time you play the game.

This all throughout AC1+2 I wanted to do a mission like Hitman: Blood Money in the opera house.

Maybe they could stop making the hero an Islamic terrorist.

Knowing the family that owns Ubi though - that's not likely.

I read somewhere (System Wars I think so I cannot really link it) that it will take place the same time as ACII and that the main character is going to be Ezio as well.

However, in my opinion a WWI/II set would be more exciting.

Constantinople, thats what i wnat to see (i don't care if its Roman controlled or Ottoman Controlled). I would love to see a 1453 take on the city.Half the Game the cityis Roman Controlled, then the 2nd half of the game, the citycan be Ottoman Controlled.

Ubisoft reps said that they are sure they don't want a WWI/WWII setting because those events are featured in a lot of games.Assassin's Creed is a trilogy that visits places that are unexplored in most games. That is also why i think it won't be set in modern day.

Eidos Montreal is a relatively new studio, founded in 2007, but thats not what

matters, rather the employees. At least they don't have bad titles on their

record. I've got a feeling people from Ion Storm went ahead and joined after that company

went out of business. Deus Ex 3 is also being developed by EMontreal, but a different team. A lot more

people working on that it seems. I hope the guys do a great job.
