GTA IV where is the settings.cfg / ini file??

GTA IV is a game that needs Anti Aliasing really bad, and once I had a graphics mod that fixed that by offsetting my resolution by 2 pixels. I cant use this mod online and would like to just configgure the resolution in a text document but I cant find it anywhere.

The game doesnt have one.  Either use a mod or stick with the ingame settings

If you ONLY want SMAA then download InjectSMAA it is fully compatible with it.
