i would say call of duty 2 but if u are waiting w8 for airborne looks really good.....besides shooters i qould suggest comand and conquer, age of empires 3, and mideva total war 2 for strategy games....
Everyone probably correctly presumed you're wanting to play shooter games. But in case you weren't, try Civ IV orRoller Coaster Tycoon 3 (silly but addictive). Civ IV is going to be coming out with a huge upgrade soon, too.
I also might add Tropico, which is another "tycoon" like game where you run a Caribbean island(a Castro clone). It's an older game with one of the isometric maps that are so outdated now because it's not full 3D but can stilleasily be found in bargain bins. I have lots of new, fresh games but if I put this one in the computer I get as much enjoyment out of it as when I first bought it.
And, although I haven't played it, lots of people have been pleasantly surprised by the Anniversary edition of Tomb Raider.
Stalker is alot of fun. I played it over at a friends house and it just pulls you in which is rare in such dynamic games. If you have the rig and dont mind playing it until after you get a rifle (Pistol part blows because pistols are SOOOOOOOOOOOOO inaccurate).
Hitman Blood Money is a top notch single play game, and it can be bought very cheap these days, or even by the recently released Hitman collection (Silent Assasin, Contracts and Blood Money)
