Good over the ear headphone around $200

Hey I was looking for a good over the ear headphone. I want good sound quality and good bass. I kind of want them to be even.. I don't quite understand the specs of sound. I understand about wattage with bass but I don't understand frequency or what makes sound, sound better. I was thinking about Beats but their going to be discontinued here soon and I read reviews that their just good for bass. I do love bass, but I want good sound quality as well. I don't want my ears to be ringing constantly like they do now. I don't want to make it worse. But it would help a lot if someone could explain it to me in THIS post. Thanks. Helps a lot. (:

Watch Amazon. I got a pair of Sennheiser HD600s for just over 200 dollars. Also, even though the price might be higher on name brands, they often come with lifetime coverage.

The headphone FAQ, I can't stand. I just want to understand the specifcations of like sound. Sound is like blah to me. But I have $200 to spend and the appearance don't matter..psplvr4life360

Lol, he was being sarcastic about the beats. I can say for sure solos (sound like my budget sony iem sadd) and studio sound mediocre.

Just state your likes bass, instruments, or highs (vocals). Also your budget and size than Boz and others will take you more seriously.
