I love when games have wide character customization.

So I would be thankful if someone could list games that has this function and they wouldn't be too old, I enjoy more detailed graphics (i.e. about from 2003), well still I don't mind older ones if the gameplay is enjoying.

The ones I loved are Oblivion and NWN2, and planning to try Dragon Age soon as I hear so much about it.

It doesn't have to be rpg, but please don't mention online, strategy and virtual life games.

Thanks!

Saints Row 2... and Dragon Age, yes, it has pretty wide customization possibilities :)

Here are a few games with decent character customisation options:

Fallout 3 (and indeed the rest of the Fallout series)
Knights Of The Old Republic series
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind
Neverwinter Nights (original) + expansions
Vampire Masquerade: Bloodlines (be sure to patch it)

Of course, a lot of older games would offer you far more choice.

As other's mentioned, Dragon Age is fairly good for customization.

Saints Row 2? Plenty of Customization there from your character's looks, clothes, safehouses, cars, crew, radiostation etc.
