Game you think back to the most?

Fallout 3, this game was so good in every aspect. The setting, story, music, sound, graphics, characters, and the huge map I could roam free to explore, alot of times I think back to playing through most of the quests with Dogmeat.

The original Heroes of Might and Magic.....

I miss it, I don't have it anymore, a simple game, but I miss the music and all.

Also, the original Tomb Raider....

I have it but I doubt it will play on Vista, it was my 2nd game ever.

Tie between Planescape: Torment, Diablo II: Lord of Destruction, and Deus Ex

Hmm, I'd say Syndicate for its strategy and men with mini-guns and Sim City 2k/3k for their ability to cause severe OCD when it came to zoning areas and trying to get it "just right".

Hmm...may have to grab it off the shelf and install it...

Guild Wars, the game I spent so many years and hours on, met some great friends in the game, always sad I can't get back into it

Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, the best game I never bought.

I think of Crysis a lot. I live in the boonies, the woods. So everytime I look outside I am redminded of Crysis, and it's beauty.

Wing Commander... It is the only game that I built a PC just to play. The series was almost all good, peaking with Privateer. Probably looks like squished dog poo in a clear plastic bag now, but back then, the series was sort of like Crysis - it pushed hardware.

Make me wonder if the Wing Commander IP will ever see a return. WTF am I saying, of course it will return.

I actually liked it the most because it really built up on the characters and the story was absolutely fantastic, and I'd say that only X did a very slight amount better at story telling, but that was because of the characters you know...actually talking and whatnot. If Final Fantasy IX was remade, I'd buy whatever console it went to, in a heartbeat.

Battlefield 2. Haven't been able to find a more enjoyable multiplayer FPS since it came out.

C&C Red Alert. Oh the fun that was had.

I actually liked it the most because it really built up on the characters and the story was absolutely fantastic, and I'd say that only X did a very slight amount better at story telling, but that was because of the characters you know...actually talking and whatnot. Syndicate was awesome. Did you ever play Syndicate Wars? I'd really like to see a remake or a completely new one. I think EA published it if I remember correctly and some company with something about a frog.

Heroes 3 ... and probably Unreal Tournament. Some times I find myself thinking of an old and unpopular RTS - Dragonthrone: Battle of Red Clifs. I loved that game.

i've played it at least 6 times

even when i am playing i can't stop thinking about my earlier playthroughs

I'd say Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion, honestly i was a huge FPS gamer so i never really payed attention to the series or well more like i didnt know what it was all about but i was on the forums and saw a couple screenshots from the game and was soo pumped for it i remember like the countdown till the release everyday was a new video and wow i wish i could wipe my mind and play that game like it was the first time again. Seriously some of my favorite gaming moments came out of that game.
