I love adventure games, but I'm really bad at them, I don't really want to start playing Dora the Explorer or something ;D

Maybe there's a way to improve my skills by playing easier adventure games.

Please list as many as you know, so I could choose the ones more for my taste, I prefer the newer ones with better graphics, but I'm ready to try the older ones too.

Thanks!

I will list some games I played to see how bad I am with them. Of course you don't have to read it to recommend me something.

Adventure games played/tried:

The ones I didn't have much problem:
Dracula: Origin - not sure if it's the right game
CSI:... - all parts
The Godfather II - no idea why it's in adventure genre

Passed, but almost always used walkthrough:
Still Life - it was quite easy in the beginning
Secrets of the Ark: A Broken Sword Game
Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon
Broken Sword: The Smoking Mirror
Circle of Blood
Overclocked: A History of Violence
The Longest Journey + Dreamfall
Syberia 1 + 2
The Secret Files: Tunguska - VERY HARD

Dropped - confusing, hard:
The Experiment - weird, hard
Indigo Prophecy - what's with the time restriction?-__-
Law & Order: Justice Is Served
Grim Fandango - loved it, but got stuck even with walkthrough.
Art of Murder: FBI Confidential
Agatha Christie, Nancy Drew and Sherlock Holmes(:The Awakened) games
Next Life
The Lost Crown

Hmm, I though Tunguska was fairly easy. Anyway, try Ceville and The Book of Unwritten Tales. They both have a hotspot revelation feature and Ceville even has a combination help (you see what you can combine). I played them both in German, so I hope they have been properly translated. The Sam & Max Episodes are also quite easy.

Sam and Max Season 1 & 2 by Telltale Games. Not very challenging, but hilarious.

I would suggest the classic Sierra adventure games like Kings Quest and Gabriel Knight but i think they were hard as well. Sanitarium was really good and i don't think it was that hard.

Gabriel Knight is extremely challenging, especially the first game.

The new Monkey Island episodes aren't too challenging. Monkey Island 3 and 4 weren't too difficult either. I can't speak for the secret of monkey island which was just rereleased on steam, somehow I never played it.

An adventure series I'd like to recommend which will be slightly more challening is the "Riddle of the Sphinx" and it's sequel "The Omega Stone". Both based around solving puzzles in ancient locations, superb environments but perhaps a little lacking in story if that's what you're looking for.

Edit - a feature of the Monkey Island episodes you might appreciate is that you can turn the in game hints on and off. These hints won't necessarily give you the answer, but they'll provide a good indication of what you should be trying. You might find it more fulfilling than plainly using a walkthrough. For the record, i don't think theres any shame in walkthroughs.

The more recent games made by Telltale like the Sam & Max or Tales of Monkey Island series are pretty beginner-friendly. I would recommend you try Indigo Prophecy again though, despite its flaws. Don't know how far you've gotten into it, but it was a pretty good adventure game.

I don't either, but it's tiring, troublesome and I have the want to play the game, solve puzzles and etc. by myself sometimes ;D

I also read Memento Mori is almost too easy, but is solid otherwise.

This one is pretty easy from what I understand. If anyone disagrees, definitely let me know because I could be wrong.
