Hard to say, as searching google doesn't really bring up specific fixes. I guess you should make sure refresh rate matches your TV. You can find this in the Nvidia control panel under "Adjust Desktop Size and Resolution", and also under "Change Resolution". Check your TV model number and maybe there's someone out there who's had a similar issue.

at your Desktop screen right click your mouse, then click "Personalize", then Click "Display" and from there you can change your display settings.

The TV should have an auto-adjust in its menu somewhere.

I just check both TVs which have computers hooked up. Both TVs have Auto-adjust screen dimensions buried in the Menu.
