AMD Dual core optimizer not installing.

I just re-formatted my PC, and was installing drivers, but my AMD DCO isnt installing

It says error 1721. There is a problem with windows installer package. A program required for this install could not be run. Contact your support or vendor. Action: INstool.

ANybody know how to fix this?
