Age of Conan Seventh Anniversary - New Content

Can't believe it's been seven years.

Age of Conan celebrates its seventh anniversary later this month, and the Producer wants to make it a memorable one by making a new area accessible. The untamed Blue Mountains and Vanaheim at Fort Storisbjorn will become part of the main storyline.

This new storyline will be available to characters at level 20, scaling up to level 80. Besides, many side quests will go along with the main story. The dev. team want to maximize the experience with these side quests and set them to change daily. They also put a system into place to ensure that the combination of these quests are maximized so that they create as many unique play-troughs as possible.

That's not all though, a new type of mount, the bear mount, will be introduced. The vision of charging into battle atop a raging bear mount is going to be pretty astonishing! In addition, a new faction is available to players and will offer vanity rewards, epic quality gear, and a new source for rare trophies. Interested players can read more on Age of Conan site.

This game still exists? i thought the devs would have closed the servers by now.

The original Everquest still exists, getting expansion packs. That thing was around during the 56k Voodoo 2 days.
