Out of those; the

Panasonic DMP-BDT320

Seems like the best choice. Pretty sure its got some really high reviews, and the other blu-ray player just seems to be all about flashy design than performance.

but honestly, the quality of a blu-ray player doesn't really matter until you start looking at the Oppo BDP-93/103 and Cambridge 651 series, most sub $500 blu-ray players are the same.

Looking at some reviews:

Trusted Reviews 9/10

Tech Radar 4.5/5

sure if you want only 3D movies , but on ps3 you have also 3D games like killzone3, wipeout, motorstorm apocvalypse , silent hill downpour , GOW collection, shadow of the colloseus etc. which are worth checking out

3D makes the graphics and framerate even lower, I wouldn't bother with 3D on consoles

The 360 can play 3d games as well, in fact I thought gears 3 in 3d looked better then every other ps3 game I tried(uncharted 3, crysis 2, GT 5). In the end tho all consoles really look like ass in 3d, it's not even worth playing

They're both essentially the same except for the styling and the slim model doesn't have analog outputs. I have the Panasonic slim and it really is a great player and very sleek looking. The only issue I have with it is that the remote takes getting used to because it's a touch pad. I don't really like the remote, but I usually just use my HT remote for it anyways. I can't speak for the 3D aspect because I probably wont ever use it. One thing I'll suggest is that if you have a TV capable of displaying it, enable the 24p mode.
