windows 10 update? driver?

Hi. I have just updated t windows 10 preview using windows update from windows 7. I noticed it installed the latest NVidia driver for my card does it do the same for mobo drivers too?. Should I uninstall the old drivers like intel management engine components as I put these on when I installed windows 7 from my mobo dvd or does it update these drivers too automatic?. Also is it safe to use sites like amazon or tobuy stuff from as seen as its like preview or would you recommend using normal windows? Thanks.

PS. Even gamespots a lot quicker on windows 10 explore :P.

You don't need to install any drivers, the latest chipset drivers come with Windows 10.
