I'm looking for a good affordable case that will hold 2 graphics cards, has enough room for 2 hard drives 2 ssd's, optical drive, and has a lot of fans built in or where I can put in a lot of fans.

Here are the ones I have found so far:

NZXT H440

Rosewill Thor V2

NZXT Phantom 820

NZXT Phantom

NZXT Phantom 410

Corsair Vengeance C70

Cooler Master Haf Stacker 935

Cooler Master Haf X

Corsair Graphite 760T

Thor V2 and HAF 932 or X are good choices

You probably want a full-tower. The Coolermaster HAF 932 or X would be good choices. Can't go wrong buying a top of the line case since you'll be able to reuse it later.

Personally H440, if I ever wanted a window case... That would be the one. Strait sexy lines and hidden compartments.

But unfortunately the H440 will not support optical. So you might want to take that off your list.

I've never used any NZXT products. The Phantom looks flimsy to me, though. I've used two Coolermaster cases and I'm currently using a Corsair 600t. I have no reason to switch.

NZXT H440 or NZXT Phantom 820 or Corsair Vengeance C70.
I had Phantom 410 and it was way too stuffed with two GPUs.
If I were you, I'd go for NZXT Phantom 530. It's a beautiful case with lots of room.

I would avoid cases with giant side panel fans, I've actually seen people saying (with posted before and after measurements) that all their temperatures went down after unplugging them, the prevailing theory being that they seriously mess up airflow.

I'll just toss in my vote for the 760T. Best case I've ever owned. I've got crossfire cards, a 280mm cooler, a ssd tucked away neatly against the back of the case, and room for all sorts of drives if I wanted. Plus it has plenty of room to tuck all of your wires away neatly behind the motherboard tray.

I went to micro-ATX about a year ago with a 350D... I see no point in ever going back to ATX and next time I need to replace my mother board I'll be going mini-ITX. I got sick of having a giant computer.

I just picked up a Fractal Design Arc XL - I need something with better airflow over my CoolerMaster Cosmos 1000 that I've been using the past 5 or 6 years.
