I agree. I think a 750W PSU would serve you well. It should give you plenty of head room for other upgrades or if you change your mind about OC. I recommend Corsair PSU's. They have always served me well.
Corsair, EVGA, Seasonic & Antec make great PSUs.
Keep in mind each HDD eats like 20W. You should get 750W like geniobastardo said, "to be safe".
harddrives only use 10w or less

a good quality 650w will be plenty. a pc with a i7 3960x (130w)with GTX 770 use only around 330w. That 4790 is a 88w TDP cpu so your usage will be less.
Hello.
As you can see here your system will use around 370watt at one of the worst case scenarios with an overclocked CPU.
A good quality (corsair, XFX, Seasonic, etc etc) 500-550watt will have absolutely no problem as long as it has the PCI-E molex the GTX770 needs. (a 6+2pin and a 6pin) .
You will see the same recomendation at Guru3D.
As you can see the GTX770 alone will need around 200watt. You CPU around 100 watt too. You rest system will not even need 50watt (unless you have something really extreme like quad RAID0 and two blue ray writers...).
So your XFX 650w (which by the way is made by seasonic) will not only be fine but most of the time even at heavy gaming load will barely pass the half of its output power...
