Insurgency is quite impressive; Countertrike: GO looks very dated in comparison; the environments seem to have more polish.

Singleplayer? Dear Esther and Portal 2. Dear Esther has some of the best looking environments I've seen while I have to say Portal 2 looks the best overall. Multiplayer? Insurgency.
Insurgency looks very pretty for having larger maps, especially cranked up with DSR. It's not incredibly high-resolution but it's got a very nice amount of detail and clean look. The game is very appealing to the eye.
Not sure of all the source games out there, but if Dear Esther is on that list then I'll give it to that, as it's great looking.
Yeah insurgency looks pretty well. Though I think it needs more maps as the community maps are only for co-op.
HL2. Insurgency is nice, but I don't remember thinking "wow, this looks so great". Titanfall has nice looking maps, but the players' physics and the lack of distructability kinda spoils the whole impression. I mean you can have robots fall from the sky, but you can't blow up cars?
Insurgency? Really? Even Vindictus looks better IMO. I really love Insurgency though, I wish ARMA's shooting was just like it.
I played Vindictus a while back; I didn't find it impressive at all.
You say "even" as if by source standards Insurgency isn't impressive. It's one of those games in which every texture seems to be done by hand without repetition. The gun models themselfs have a great amount of detail put into them. About the only thing that seems to let it down is the character models, which are serviceable.

You forgot to show how great the game sounds and also how awesome is the fire barrels when you stand close to it at night maps and you try to aim on something from afar - you can't see sh^t, never seen such effect in any game.
Portal 2 has some great art making the graphics feel so so well done.
Though on a "technical" level, probably TitanFall.
