Skyrim - SKSE and SKYUI Loading Issues

I am having a strange issue while loading Skyrim via SKSE. When I first try to turn on my computer and play Skyrim, I get the same errors once the game starts up (see above pics). But if I close out of the game to the desktop and load the game again, everything works fine. So yes, it works eventually, but it is pretty annoying to have to do that every time. Any ideas how to fix this? I am pretty new to Skyrim modding on PC (former Xbox 360 player), but I will do my best to try to follow along.

Update skse and replace all files and run Skyrim from the skse_loader.exe

As I start to look over this stuff, apparently it has been awhile and I'm a little rusty. Do you mean go on nexusmods.com and reinstall the latest version of SKSE? If so, do you have a direct link? I'm having issues finding it for some reason. And what do you mean by "replace all files"? This won't cause me to lose my saved games or have to reinstall every mod, does it?

Extract to MAIN Skyrim folder (not data folder) and just run it from there by clicking on the loader.
