I need Radiator fans but I'm confused which ones are for what, I want these fans these are for radiators aren't they?

Noctua NF-F12 Industrial PPC 120mm 3000RPM PWM Fan

But what if I use them for case fans, nothing wrong with that?

These would be better I do believe, their cheaper, quieter, push 70cfm , designed for pushing through radiators/heatsinks. Using multiple of those Noctua fans will be really loud.

You're better off getting lower RPM fans if you ask me. By all means still get Noctua fans because they are high quality, but cheaper, lower RPM Noctua fans would save you a bit of money and still perform well. I believe those high RPM industrial Noctua fans are better suited to - surprise surprise - industrial environments and servers. If you have a look at the technology and materials used in those fans they are overkill for your typical home PC.

Since radiator fans have more restricted airflow, you want so-called "high static pressure" fans. It's pretty easy to differentiate between standard airflow fans and high static pressure fans by the design of the fan fins- high static pressure fans have wider fins which can more effectively push air through the radiator.
