Hello, I just got a new power supply and going to install today but now I'm not sure it will work with my current system Configuration becuase it says PCI Express on the front. I have a AGP 8X system and a KV8 motherboard will this power supply work with my system?

AGP cards connect with regular molex connectors if they use external power. Otherwise they draw power from the AGP bus.

The only problems with buying a PCI express power supply is that you might have some extra cables left dangling in your case and you might need a molex plug splitter to attach to your card if you don't have enough regular connectors coming from the PSU.
