GTX is more for gaming, while Quadro is more in design and manufacturing businesses where 3D modeling is common, or at least that's the impression I get. Could be wrong, so others correct me if I am.

Are you wondering which one you will buy?

Quadro is for workstations. They are not suited for gaming, however much better at other tasks. Double precision calculating is much higher at least. Quadro cards also have more VRAM... 12GB.

Yeah, pretty much this. If you were doing something that would be better suited to a Quadro, you'd know it, and probably wouldn't be asking about it on a gaming forum.
