Hi,
I was wondering if it is a worth to upgrade my GPU. I'm currently using a MSI N770 (GTX770). I have a single monitor. And what about the performance?

It's probably not worth the money, but personally I'd go for it anyway if I could afford it. Full DX12 features and much lower TDP.
Edit:
So I vote no unless you have money to spare.

Hello.
I think people with GTX680/770 are just in the edge of the clear decision.
If you can sell the GTX770 for $200 then for $130, the GTX970 worth the upgrade.
If not then it depends on you if the 33% performance increase is worth the money.
Personally I would upgrade only if I could sell the GTX770 or only if the 2GB VRAM would not be enough for the games I play.

Not really, if you had something lower like GTX760 then I'd say go for it, you just don't jump from tier 5 to tier 6 for example, you jump at least two tiers.
It's more worth to upgrade to 980 or just wait for AMD new line of GPUs.
No, as it's only about 13% faster based on Nvidia's own chart.
In 3D Mark Vantage, a 6 year old benchmark. In 3DMark Fire Strike it's almost 40% faster.

Tell them what?
@Truth_Hurts_U: 3DMark Vantage is a nice DX10 synthetic benchmark but its not real world performance.
What I linked is a summary of 17 games. Its far more trust worthy than a synthetic benchmark. And in this GTX970 is 33% faster than GTX770.
Also that's the main reason I am always trying to post TechpowerUp results when someone asks for GPU performance.
