if i upgrade my xp pc to windows vista, will all my songs on itunes go to the new vista pc when im done. sry if this sounds like a noob question but im not real tecnical with pc's. thanks guys for any help.

No, you should always backup your data when you upgrade your OS, because you will wipe the partition where the old version of the OS is.

why don't you just put all your songs on cd's or a backup harddrive and upload it to your computer, and itunes later?

Yep just do a search to find where they are on your hdd, then zip them, then burn them to cd/dvd or send them to another computer by your network.

Ha ha ha easy solution plug it up to a Ipod Nano that holds a lot of memory. Apple works best with another apple product lol. Also if theres any other data you need from your old OS you can save it to the Ipod. Very nifty.
