Since i only have a gaming PC and a nintendo console, i can't play these two games especially the upcoming The Last Guardian. Do you know of a PC game similar to this kind of games especially modern ones?

Try Darksiders or Lost Planet 2 for your "big, cool-looking baddies" fix.

As far as the whole "heartwarming story of childhood love and triumph" thing (a la ICO), I'm afraid the PC doesn't have much to offer in that department (JRPGs pretty much rule the roost there). Gamespot recommends Beyond Good & Evil under their "Similar Games" page for ICO, and I'd say that's a good bet no matter what kind of games you like. You might also really enjoy The Longest Journey and its sequel, Dreamfall: The Longest Journey.

As far as gameplay is concerned, Prince of Persia is considered to be a more action oriented ICO. In terms of everything else however (story, art), both are very different from each other.

For Shadow of the Colossus, I don't think there is any PC compatible game that can really compare to it. It was one of the unique gems from last gen and one of my favorite games of all time. The only legal way to play SOTC as of now is to either purchase a PS2 or a backward's compatible PS3 and run the game from there. A visually enhanced version of both ICO and SOTC are making their way to the PS3 this year so if you are looking for more validation to buy the console, there's a pair for you.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have already played BGE but not Longest Journey and Dreamfall.

There's nothing like Shadow of the Colossus. Anywhere.

Co-sign on Beyond Good & Evil, The Longest Journey, and Dreamfall.

These 3 are you're best bets, thread starter.

These are completely unique games. You really should look at PC games unique to the platform. If it's something more in the refined arty direction as those two (amazing) games, then there is a great selection of very differently designed games (with some similar principles) on the PC. Like The Void for instance.
