Inno3D or Gigabyte??

Is there any differences in these two brand?????

GIGABYTE NX88S320H-B-RH 8800GTS 320MB PCI-E VIDEO CARD

and

Inno3D Geforce 8800GTS 320M GDDR3 16x PCI-EXPRESS

I am thinking of getting the 8800GTS 320MB but i cant make out my mind of which brand to get.
