That claw grip is wrong
The clawing should be touching the edge of the mouse, like your fingers are in front of the mouse and on the edge. (Of course on a lot of mice you can't actually do this, the abyssus you can)

Jiggly is exactly right. That diagram is wrong (which didn't come as a surprise to me, it is Razer afterall) but I use the G700 and you can claw grip superbly with that mouse. I prefer the fingertip style though.SKaREOI was going to say the same. No one really claw-grips with a Razer mouse. More so with Logitech mouse like G9/9x.

The Lachesis depresses in middle of the mouse buttons so it is kind of clawy depending on how you hold it.
Fingertip, gives me faster control when I need it. Palm means too much arm movement and makes your arm tired fast. I would imagine most use fingertip if they play FPS games at all
o_0 ? with a palm grip you pretty much never use your arm, just wrist.Fingertip, gives me faster control when I need it. Palm means too much arm movement and makes your arm tired fast. I would imagine most use fingertip if they play FPS games at all

Depends on your sensitivity, mine is pretty low so to move fast with a palm it's easier to use my whole arm. Meh, I dunno, I switch in and out depending on the game
I use a palm grip and 360 in a game with a flick of the wrist. I never move my arm.Fingertip, gives me faster control when I need it. Palm means too much arm movement and makes your arm tired fast. I would imagine most use fingertip if they play FPS games at all

I use a Logitech G500 so I'm forced to go palm. Most of my hand's contact with the mouse is emphasized on the index finger bone, that has the most weight on the upper part of the mouse. The rest of the mouse, the bottom, is weighted by the bottom part of my palm, which efficiently stabilizes it and helps me move the mouse where I want it to go.
