How Good is XoticPC?

How good are the services of XoticPC? I mean the whole experience; purchasing, shipping time and quality, warranty clarity and comprehensiveness, and overall opinions. I was planning on purchasing a laptop from them since I don't really have the time to relearn PC building for a mobile platform, and I sorta think capitalism is a decent idea. Also, I'd prefer to know the specifics of people's transactions, if you've actually bought from them.

I dunno about xotic but I bought a gaming laptop straight from Sagar back in June. The service was great, shipping fast and the build quality was superb. I still dont use the thing much since im home most days with the desktop, but Ive enjoyed my time with it

@ankor77: I was looking at some Sager models on Xotic and they seemed to be fairly priced considering the components involved. I didn't know you could buy complete laptops from Sager. Thanks for the info.

I have a np8130 that I bought from Xotic, I didn't have any problems.

I rma'd my np8130 because my left click stopped clicking, and I believe they even paid for the return shipping. Got it back pretty quick too.
