How can I delete some of these items

Here is the Picture How can I delete some of the items in the Right-Click>New menu?

There is a way to remove those from the registry.  Check here.

You can find this in the regedit program. It's located under HKEY_USERS. There is a folder there with a lot of numbers and a similar one with classes at the end. Take the one with only the numbers. Then follow this path: software --> Microsoft --> Windows --> Currentversion --> Explorer --> Discardable --> ShellNew There are the entries. Backup the registry first before deleting some entries. You might never know what goes wrong.
