GTA 4 Complete edition, is anyone still playing?

I'm wondering if it's worth my money, does anyone still playing it online?

I really wouldn't bother now. Only a few months to wait till GTA V.

Well, the real question is, will GFWL be shutting down soon ?

Because the game uses GFWL and if that shuts down I doubt anyone can still play online...
