Hello Im looking at the new sharp LCD Video Game monitor that they showed at the CES show earlier in Jan. its a 1920 x 1080 monitor with a 4 ms.refresh time on it.

I currenty have a 1600 x 1200 monitor and if i play a game thats max rez is 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024 they look like crap compared to something in 1600 x 1200 much worse then the differece in res would provide for.  I am wondering if this may be because LCD monitors perform poorly if your not at there  NATIVE / ideal resolution.

I currently play WOW most of the time and its max widescreen rez is 1366 x 768 (not sure when or if they plan to go up) so should i save some money and buy the 37" thats 1366 x 768 with a 6 ms refresh time or should i go for the 1920 x 1080 with the 4 ms or will that have the same issues as my 1600 x 1200 when i dont play at its ideal res.  Thanks for your help

PS I plan to run either with a single 8800 GTX for now, 2 gig ram ,raptor drive

the WoW thing is something on your end - my friend's running it at 1680x1050 (native res) on his monitor atm. i'm willing to guess they support up to 25x16 or whatever insane res..
