Can I play some modern games on this laptop?

So I got a new laptop today and I was wondering if I can play any games other than a few old games like FATE, Diablo I and II, Terraia, and Morrowind. I was hoping moreso for some games like Lost Planet or Skyrim.

My Specs are:

Processor: AMD E-600 APU with Raedon HD Graphics
(Dual Core) 1.3GHz Speed (1.95 Really...)
Video Card: AMD Raedon HD 6310 Graphics
Memory: 3.7 GB
Operating System: Windows 8

Nope, Warframe is designed to run on older computers warframe only needs a 7 year old gpu and cpu to run on low. Now lost planet(depends which one) and Skyrim require more. To have even stable playability
