Is there anyway of getting into the bios without restarting my comp?? Also what are some programs thatll show my temps?

No theres no other way of getting into your BIOS.

Speedfan and MotherBoard Monitor are about the best temp monitoring programs around.

If you are using an nVidia motherboard, nTune will let you change some settings that are typically found inside the BIOS, like memory timings.
