Umm...sorry to make another thread today, but I need an answer...

I have an ASUS P5B motherboard. Now I was wondering if Vista will install my NIC (network Card) automatically? Does this have to do with internet? And after i install vista will my internet work right off the bat or should I download any drivers now and burn to a disc so that when i get vista upgraded, i should be able to get to use internet?

I don't have your motherboard, but when I installed Vista it detected & installed everything automatically. The PC Hardware forum might be a better place to get a comprehensive answer.

When I installed vista I was connected to the internet and it automatically downloaded every driver that I needed but you do not need to be you can always choose not to be connected before you do your install.

You shouldn't have any problems, although I would go ahead and have backup drivers for your NiC just in case it doesn't.
