Am I able to run Middle Earth : Shadow of Mordor

I'm really interested in Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor but I don't have a really good PC so am I able to run it? Here are my specs:

• Windows 8.1
• Intel Core i3 3220 @ 3.30GHz
• RAM: 4.00GB
• GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

low to mid settings in sub 1080p i would guess
