I'm not too sure, but if I'm getting a single 770 GTX 4GB OC edition. Will I be able to achieve at least higher than 60fps to 100 fps, say on BF4 and BF3 at high to medium settings? If not, is it worth getting a 144Hz 1080p Monitor. Is a 144Hz Monitor only noticable when running at higher frames rates?

Yes but the main issue for achieving high frame rate isn't your gpu, it's your cpu.

You will need a 2600k+ at 4.4ghz for those frame rates on bf4. BF3 is noticeably easier to get higher framerates and it will do that fine on your 770.

I have that same card I just recently got it. Great card for 300 bucks. I don't have bf4 so I don't know it's frame rate but everything runs really well with my 2500+

I run 144hz on a 7970 3gb, most of the time im not getting anywhere near 100fps in modern games, but the higher refresh rate and other awesome specs of my monitor make it more than worth it

I am currently building a gaming pc, I don't have the 144Hz monitor yet, which is the Asus VG248QE 24.0. In the future I plan on getting those new monitors with the G-Sync technology. Should I wait and save money by getting a 60Hz monitor until I get the G-Sync, saving me like $100. Because the Asus VG248QE is like $264.99 or a little higher.
