I don't like it, it's way, way, waaaaaay too common. Although, I do love irony and from my understanding, it means "who is like God," which is so not true. :lol: Aside from that, I like that I was named after my uncle.

Actually I thought that Michael etymology had something to do with someone who is not faithful. :? I'll look it up and tell you if you like.

Well, it changes depending on the spelling. I just did some reasearch and this is what I got for the Hebrew spelling of it:
Extended form of Micha, meaning "Who is like God?".

You're right. Wikipedia agrees. But you see there is a greek word "michalida" (μιχαληδα ) which means "the woman who isn't faithfull. Probably nothing to do with it. :P But I'm certain about my name *checks* yeah I'm sure. Wikipedia agrees with me on this one. :P
