I take Ativan to help my anxiety. Ativan can be taken "casually", if that makes sense. It doesnt alter you as some other medications might.

I have really bad social anxiety where I get cyclical thoughts (much like OCD), and the Ativan is simply amazing. It doesn't make me feel any different physically or mentally, it just stops the anxiety. I take 0.5mg one to three times a day, depending on the situation. Sometimes I go days without taking any (there are no withdrawel symptoms at low dosages). It works almost instantly (I let mine dissolve under my tongue), and is just wonderful.

Work stressful? Pop one. Going to a party to meet new people? Take one. Going to visit relatives that make you uncomfortable to be around? Pop one. Compared to who I was five years ago, I am a social butterfly

Of course, you should consult a doctor/psychiatrist. This is just my recommendation

But a week a go at work I saw this fine ass girl at my store with her fine ass mom. I was sort of usual, usually when I see fine girl I of course look and sometimes get a half boner (half cuz you know... im in public).

BUT this time the mother-daughter combo that was standing 10 feet from me (both wearing very revealing clothing) was way too much for me that it actually made me uncomfortable, they didnt get me horny, I kinda felt frustrated that they were that damn fine and coming closer to me, and I didnt even want to look, I didnt want to be where I was, so I walk away and just walk around the store untill they were gone.

IDK wat it was, I just felt really odd, uncomfortable, and idk why i didnt react like i usually do (stare and let my imagination run loose). Never happened to me before...
