No. It won't.

Just like switching from 1999 to 2000 didn't affect anything, Infact we had one on June 30, 2012 and things didn't explode, destroy the entire internet or signal the arrival of the Illuminati run by Vlad Trepes.

None of my clocks are in sync and my BIOS wasn't in sync when I bought the motherboard.
