Today was the first day of high school, everything just went 2x awesome from middle school. We aren't treated like idiots from the teachers anymore, girls are alot hotter, everyones maturer and friendlier, the food actually half way tastes good...

This was true for me as well with the exception of my last year.

Because you start to get some of the liberties of adulthood and aren't yet saddled with many of the accompanying responsibilities; enjoy it while you can!
HS was fun for me because I hardly did anything and still got A's and B's....crazy right??!!! I KNOW!!
Oh and because we could skateboard during lunch :P and the Kohl's parking lot across from the school was an awesome skating spot....plus coldstone's!!! :D

I didn't like high school that much. It was alright once in a while, but I never really enjoyed it much overall. Yesterday was my first day in college. It's different, but I still don't really enjoy it. To be honest, I don't enjoy school much at all.
I like highschool. Its a bit more mature and yeah, the girls are a lot hotter. Pep rallies are the lamest gimmick ever lol. Class of '10 baby ;)
WARNING TO TOPIC CREATOR!: Listen, get good grades your freshman year. I did hardly enough to keep my GPA at a 3.0 and now, if I want to get a 3.5 by the end of my Junior year, I have to have 2 semesters of a 4.0 GPA and 2 semesters of a 3.7 GPA. So, work hard and don't get involved with all the bad stuff :)

Why let what others think dictate how you feel about life. If someone doesn't support your decisions, even your parents then it still shouldn't matter, it's your life and you should lead it the way you want. Sure support is nice, but shouldn't be necessary for happiness. As long as you are happy with who* you are and do the best you can to become what you want to be that is what should matter, not someone's opinion.
