The Angry Video Game Nerd, very close by The Nostalgia Critic.
I find AVGN quite interesting at times because he does some digging and gets some inside knowledge about the history of gaming that you'll have a bloody hard time finding out yourself. He's also stupidly funny. He's gone back to his original style recently, which is a good thing. Sometimes the swearing gets a little forced, but other times his humor is very clever and his angry profanities well fitted.

In response to the question (finally), my favorite person is probably MadV from YouTube. I've talked to him through messages and stuff before, he's a really nice guy. Of course also, Mike and Jerry from Penny-Arcade. Incredibly awesome guys, and really nice to fans.
James Rolfe is cool... his AVGN videos are entertaining but sometimes he sounds fake. I mostly enjoy his movie reviews and game history videos. Bo Burnham is funny but he barely puts out videos. DSP is alright when he isn't being a whiney a-hole. Also he sucks at games that don't start with "Street" and end with "Fighter". =/
