I don't have one but my bf and I want to get a whole slew of cats and name them after 20th century dictators, like: - Adolf Kitler - Mousealini - Kitty Amin - Ferdinand Meerkat - Mousy Tongue - Cat Jong Il - Meowseph Stalin I'm sure you get the idea

I think that is a phenomenal idea. Will their appearances mirror those of the dictators somewhat?

Technically he's not a dictator, but Roman Emporers, at the time, had about as much power as they wanted, so you could consider Nero a dictator.

If Roman emporers count, though, Octavian Caesar (known more as Augustus Caesar) was bad ass.

Not a dictator. He was a triumvirate. The first emporer was Octavian Caesar, and is the first one who could be called a dictator, only because he was given the title Augustus by the Senate.
