there are some projections that speculate that nanomachines may be able to extend life expectancy up to 200 years, or some other ridiculous number. and that tech may be available within the next 20 years.
I suppose I qualify as somebody whose frontal lobes are completely connected. Although I'm sure some would debate that fact.

That would be pretty cool, but when it's first released, I doubt it'll be available to anyone but the extremely wealthy. Nanotechnology is expensive, and would likely be heavily regulated by the government, as there are overpopulation implications involved with extended lifespans.
