The terrestrial UK is abit rubbish barring probably It's A Wonderful life.

Probably watch The Shining on Netflix, pretty great alternative Christmas movie that seems to get more enjoyable with every viewing.

I'm probably gonna watch something wholesome with the family...

Because you can only watch A Christmas Story so many times.

Seriously, I got a whole backlog of Rifftrax movies I'll probably get around to watching today.

@hallenbeck77: The Animated version for the most parts only because me and my 2 sisters always enjoy watching it every Christmas Day. The Jim Carey is alright, it really isn't all that but I will admit, it's one of Jim's best performance as Grinch for taking it far and I did get a laugh out of it when I was a teenage when it hit theaters.

Smart man. That special is always a treat to watch, and is one of the very few Christmas specials I actually truly enjoy.

Not ripping on it--it's actually pretty funny and still holds up. But they play it for 24 hours non-stop.

I like Christmas Vacation. It's only slightly more chaotic than our real-world family Christmas.

It's hard to believe TNT/TBS been doing that since 1997.

The commercial breaks ruin's the flow of the movie though.

Totally. I have a hard time watching movies on cable because of the commercials, but every now and then a movie will come on and I'll stop and watch it, regardless of how many times I've seen it.

I ended up watching Die Hard twice, and Die Hard 2 thanks to a marathon. I also watched Merry Christmas Drake & Josh, A Fairly Odd Christmas, and wrapped up last night passing out to Scrooged.

For a while now I've been watching Christmas episodes of tv shows instead of Christmas movies around this time of year. I think I just kinda got tired of watching the same movies every year and wanted to get some variety in there. I'll watch a few typical things with family/friends when I'm with them (Grinch special, A Christmas Story), but by myself I watched the Psych, Bob's Burgers, and Always Sunny Christmas episodes this year.

None. All the Christmas movies I've glimpsed at on TV this year seem all the same. Good looking couple here, insert conflict there, couple reconciles and kisses at the end. Rinse and repeat. Same shit, different day.

Every year, for the last 20 odd years. And that's fine.
