For me it's a toss up between ginger snaps (my homemade ones, naturally) and speculoos cookies. Ginger is my favorite spice by a mile and I found a great recipe for snaps that incorporates three different kinds of ginger a few years ago that I am in love with. I was introduced to speculoos cookies last year courtesy of Aldi, my go-to grocery store. It's a miracle I didn't go through the first bag I bought that same day.

Hobnobs/Oaties. I can't quite decide between Chocolate covered and plain. but i will quite happily go through an entire bag of those (with a big mug of tea) and immediately start looking for another bag.....to go with the second bug of tea :D.
